Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

- This position assists Operations supervisory and management staff by providing support in areas such as labor relations, hourly personnel administration, hourly worker’s compensation and benefit & CNESST claims processing. Works with minimum supervision and exercises independent judgement as related to/or defined by each set of circumstances, with decisions based on established policies and procedures**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be bi-lingual (English and French)-
