Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a **Property Administrator (3-month contract)** at our 2 Bloor Street W location, just steps away from Yonge-Bloor subway line.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and work closely with the property management and building operations teams for a portfolio that includes retail and residential properties located throughout Toronto.

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for property management support and administrative functions for the portfolio. You will build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and clients to ensure building standards are adhered to and service performance is optimal. You will also be responsible for processing the monthly rent roll report, issuing year-end final billing and tenant charge back invoices, depositing rental cheques, rent collection and accounts payable.
