**The Opportunity**:
The Office Administrator will support the CEO and General Manager for a mid-sized Property Portfolio. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day property, office and administration tasks.

**What you will do: Office Responsibilities**
- Data entry
- Liaise with building staff, office staff, tenants and contractors/vendors in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist with preparations of leases, office documents.
- Review Lease packages for accuracy before filing in tenants’ files.
- Enter work orders through Yardi when necessary
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and order when needed
- Prepare and distribute documents as directed by GM and PM.
- Update and maintain all tenant related information
- Assist with the creation or marketing materials and utilize marketing platforms

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices through Yardi for office and properties
- Review and process cheque refunds and update tenant balances
- Prepare POs for capital projects, processing invoices and preparation of close out documentation for accounting
- Assist in preparation and distribution of monthly reports to Management Team
- Assist in preparations of Year end and Audits for Accounting
- All other duties as assigned

Who you are:
**Experience**
- Solid background in Office Administration
- Minimum 3 years office administration and accounts payable
- Experience in real estate operations an asset.

**Education**
- High school diploma supplemented with a post-secondary education within the related field

**Skills**:
**Relationship skills-** Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written within all levels of organization. Mature and self-motivated; team player with strong conflict resolution skills; committed to personal growth and integrity; aligned with the organization.

**Organizational/Multi-task skills**:
Ability to manage tight deadlines and use time efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priority and adapt to new ideas and constant changes.

**Computer skills**:
Proficient in all Microsoft office word, excel and power point.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
