PMT is seeking a motivated full-time Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties across the GTA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property operations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and fully occupied, reviewing financial reports, and building relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Develop and maintain tenant and landlord relationships through prompt and courteous communication.
Negotiate and execute leases, lease renewals, amendments, and other contracts.
Manage rent collection, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial transactions.
Monitor property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Comply with the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act and execute LTB notices as required.
Set and enforce lease terms and process evictions where required.
Coordinate tenant turnover including conducting property inspections, unit preparation, and move-outs.
Setting up and collecting lockboxes across the GTA.
Preparing and presenting listing proposals and conducting follow-up communications with property owners by providing relevant market trends.
Maintaining accurate records of property vacancies and leasing activity.
Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in property management or real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of the Toronto rental market and residential tenancy laws is an asset.
A Real Estate Salesperson license in Ontario is an asset.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
