Adaria Vending Services Limited is looking for a Bookkeeper /administrative assistant to join our team at our head office in Vaughan. This person will work to support the accounting and monitor our help desk.
**Responsibilities**:
**Back up for Accounting**:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, making payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliation
- Deposits
- Filing
- QuickBooks Desktop and Plooto payment solutions experience is an asset.
***Help Desk and Customer Service Duties**:
- Provide support through our help desk portal and resolve issues as they are reported.
- Respond to inquiries and provide full support to customer issues.
- Initiate and record customer refunds
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
