Full-time Office Administrator/bookkeeper

Property Management firm located in Concord looking for an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team.
**Duties**:
- Ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Process incoming invoices/payables
- Filing of WSIB and HST Remittances
- Preparing Monthly Financials Statements and Bank Reconciliations
- Posting of Accruals and Investment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager accounting software a plus
- 3 to 5 year experience
- Property Management Industry Experience Preferred
This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
