**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications with professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, creating reports, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Assist with quotations and estimates for various projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & MS Word) and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
