We are a boutique residential real estate business in the Greater Toronto Area dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner and oversee real estate operations, ensuring seamless workflows and an outstanding client experience.

**Position Overview**
As a Real Estate Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, optimizing the owner’s time, and supporting real estate transactions. This role combines executive-level support, operational oversight, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Real Estate Operations**: Assist with MLS listings, transaction coordination, document preparation, and compliance.
- **Client and Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with clients, schedule showings, and oversee vendor activities like staging and photography.
- **Task and Project Management**: Maintain task lists, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on key items.
- **Marketing Support**: Help create and distribute property marketing materials and manage online advertising campaigns.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**: Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with client events.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role within residential real estate or a related field.

**Compensation**
