**About the opportunity**

**What you will do**:

- Provides accurate and creative solutions to end-user problems to facilitate end-user productivity
- Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Resolving logged errors promptly
- Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support
- Responsible for imaging laptops and desktops with approved OS and software packages
- Mobile Device Management: Securely manage iOS, Android, and macOS devices with a single endpoint management solution
- See and control the mobile devices entering the CPA Canada enterprise, whether they are provided by the company or part of a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program
- Participates in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of digital transformation support services
- Assists Systems Administrators and Engineers with troubleshooting needs as necessary and acts as the first line of support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end-user desktop and operating system needs
- Process administrative tasks such as creating users, resetting passwords

**What we are looking for**:

- A bachelor's degree/diploma in computer science, information technology, or similar
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as TrackIT or ServiceNow
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in French will be considered an asset
