**The Role**

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Bronte Construction, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic HR department. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR policy implementation, all aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**A day in the life**
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
- Help manage employee records and HR documentation
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist in organizing and implementing training and development programs
- Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and RRSP contributions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR services
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
