- Perform accounts payable tasks such as entering invoices, tracking vendor data, and issuing payments
- Review and reconcile account statements
- Visa reconciliations
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Submit WCB reports and issue ROEs and T4s
- Assist with cash flow management
- Reception/Clerical Support
- Bookkeeping and data entry
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- 2 - 3 years previous experience working in an accounting and accounts payable admin capacity
- 2 -3 years payroll experience, Payworks experience would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities
- High level of industry knowledge
- Knowlege and ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Strong communication abilities, in English, both verbally and in writing..
