Our company is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative and Accounting Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in both administrative and accounting fields.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and collections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and ensure accuracy of financial data

**Qualifications / Skills**
- This position requires someone who is well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and completion of tasks assigned
- Self-starter who is able to take initiative to get things done
- Experience with office equipment such as copiers and scanners
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles

While experience in these tools is not required, it is considered an asset and would be taken into account during the selection process.

**Education and Experience**
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a small to medium-sized business is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
