You have proven abilities to interact successfully with all levels of staff - partners, managers, and clients with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills. You are very comfortable with challenging and guiding conversations with customers to achieve objectives.**:
**The Team**:
**Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Specialist role is a virtual customer-facing role designed to complement key customers and Territory Sales Managers acting as an additional point of contact for customers and international business partners across various geographical locations. The role's primary objective is to own and maintain all recurring revenue DaaS contract renewals and drive opportunities to closure. The Inside Sales Specialist will search for new opportunities and drive organic growth within our Seismic Monitoring Services billed customer portfolio.

**The Role**:
- Act as the primary contact in all recurring-revenue DaaS contract renewals- Be the complementary contact for the Company's existing accounts and relationships in set geographical location(s) to secure organic growth and strengthen the Company's leadership and market share.- Proactively and consistently manage the sales process through the Company CRM, from bid to invoice.- Collaborate with Sales Managers to build direct relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and needs within identified target accounts and target markets.- Prepare and present unique and insightful solutions and proposals.- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Services to deliver an outstanding customer experience.- Acting as the Voice of the customer, execute financially impacting quotes and follow-ups for existing clients in conjunction with Operations client-facing teams- Defining NMX unique business value propositions and how it solves customers business issues across multiple business units- Work independently and with Sales Managers to achieve corporate objectives and key financial sales targets. (bookings, revenue and margin objectives)

**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.- Three years of previous inside sales experience.- Previous experience supporting customers across regional sales territories and Sales Managers- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and conditions while under tight timelines- A proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands-on and can-do" approach.- Experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform would be an asset.
