Inside Sales Supervisor

The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team and driving revenue growth for the company's environmental services division. This individual will work closely with the GSM and other key stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, manage the inside sales team, and ensure that revenue targets are met.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company's environmental services division
- Manage a team of inside sales representatives and provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales growth including managing some strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with the GSM and other key stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and ensure that revenue targets are met
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and support to other members of the sales team on sales techniques, cold calls, and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the environmental services sector, including customers and suppliers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University or college education - nice to have but not obligatory
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on the environmental services sector
- Strong knowledge of the environmental services sector, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of achieving results in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and pricing software
- Bilingual - an asset but not mandatory
- Manage an existing number of accounts
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and various Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with cold calling customers
