Parts and Billing Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Source and order parts from multitude of vendors and control PO system.
- Manage inventory and shop supplies.
- Utilize software for PO, inventory, and billing processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers on updates on their equipment.
- Prepare work orders for efficient billing to customers.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients regarding inquiries.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing procedures and improve efficiency.
- Assist in follow up for customer satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in parts sales or working in a shop setting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in software, and other computer programs, is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge is a huge asset.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
