**Role Overview**:
Territory Managers are responsible for increasing sales volume within established accounts and aggressively seeking new customers by implementing planned sales strategies, and company marketing programs and delivering cost-effective customer service. You will assist in adapting company products to their requirement and specification while providing information to customers on new and current products, pricing, and general order status.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of experience in concrete technology. Sales experience preferred.
- Represent Master Builders Solutions in local industry associations.
- Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the organization
- Exceptional people skills:

- acuity in reading people and knowing how to adjust and communicate effectively.
- Adept at training others; able to distill complex information and present it clearly.
- Strong computer skills and aptitude, especially in Microsoft Office programs.
- Travel is required; up to 50%
- Be able to travel to projects in both Canada and United States.

This position spends a significant amount of time underground on customer sites; requiring the ability to access jobsites that may consist of entering confided spaces, tunnels, and underground mines. The employee must be comfortable in the underground mining and tunneling environment.
