We are currently seeking a Development Coordinator to join our team.
- Creating and managing internal systems related to projects and team
- Assisting with scheduling the project from initial design stage through the planning development phase and working with the construction team to ensure a seamless transition
- Researching and understanding emerging municipal and regional policies and plan changes as they relate to multifamily development.
- Using municipal GIS tools to obtain zoning and property information and review information for any property restrictions or encumbrances
- learning basics of governing planning and development legislation
- Scheduling and managing meetings, and undertaking necessary follow-up
- Preparing, submitting, and tracking proposals and RFP’s
- Drafting letters and editing outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with drawing review, provide mark ups as necessary
- Managing consultant deliverables
- Maintain integrity of information for all aspects of development

- Ideal background includes real estate, project management, and/or development
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in working in a team environment
- Knowledge of or desire to learn municipal review and approval process
- Ability or a willingness to learn to read and understand various development related drawings and reports
- Thrives in a fast paced high pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
- Ability to tackle issues and create solutions
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
