Job Overview
Duties
- Review and analyze lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain lease database and update records as necessary
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with clients
- Handle lease inquiries regarding lease requirements, payments payments, and other related matters
- Collaborate with the documents and management team to resolve any lease-related issues
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with brokers/clients
- Experience in a sales environment in finance such as investments, mortgage broker, loans officer is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team with strong prioritization skills

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
