Registration Support

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing all onsite-registration equipment and setup;
- Register each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registrations);
- Assist in managing registration volunteers prior to and during event days;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory and event summaries.

- Be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office computing software packages (Google Drive, BOX, Excel, Word, etc.);
- Have previous experience working with large diverse groups in a dynamic environment;
- Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions;
- Be comfortable traveling approx. 20 days or more during the year;
- Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles;
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving;
- Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving.

**Salary**: $200.00-$250.00 per day

- 12 hour shift

- Weekend availability
