**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

As the Corporate Search Clerk and Customer Service Representative/ _Représentant(e) au service à la clientèle et commis à la recherche_

You will be responsible for conducting name searches in support corporate filings as well as processing Incorporations with the business registry.

Day to day responsibilities include client intake, handling client support queries, name searching, client updates and reporting, review and recommendations of results to ensure successful filings and registrations in compliance with registry requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business name searches in support of Incorporations and Business Registrations.
- Review name results and provide recommendations to ensure successful registrations.
- Vetting and verification of various corporate documents in support of registration across all regions.
- Fulfill all service requests within assigned SLA’s.
- Answer client calls through the main call queue (order fulfillment and support requests), consistently meeting call answer and handle time KPI’s.
- Coordinate registrations via third-party agents to ensure internal SLA’s are maintained, including timely notification of file status.
- Track and monitor progress of searches and registrations that exceed standard processing times to ensure completion within required timelines.
- Timely and accurate billing of all completed matters to capture disbursements, support revenue reporting and support client billing requirements.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**
- College Diploma or Degree in related field (Legal, Economics, Finance, Business, etc.)
- Bilingual in both English and French.
- Background or interest in the legal world, working with different laws or regulations.
- Experience working within a Client Service or Customer Service focused job.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
