**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Proactively engage with B2B clients to understand their eLearning needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Implement strategies to increase user engagement and participation in online learning programs.
- Provide timely and personalized support to address client inquiries and concerns.

**Follow-ups**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our eLearning solutions through ongoing communication and support.

**Digital Marketing Capabilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize digital channels to promote our eLearning platform, generate leads, and increase brand awareness within the target market.

**Tech Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of online learning technologies and platforms.
- Should have a working knowledge of Figma & Canva
- Provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues related to eLearning software and ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Experience with Customer Journey**:

- Analyze and map the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and areas for enhancement.
- Implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewals.

**Taking Initiative**:

- Take proactive measures to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in addressing client needs and driving positive outcomes.

**Multitasking**:

- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives the attention and support required.
- Handle various tasks, including customer communications, project management, and issue resolution, concurrently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B environments, particularly in online eLearning or similar industries.
- Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with various online marketing tools.
- Technical proficiency in eLearning platforms and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and journey optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
