**The Role **As one of our Patient Experience Coordinators, you will be the friendly face and the welcoming voice of our clinic. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent hospitality.
- Answering Phone calls.
- Schedule and appointment management.
- Health Insurance billing.
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
- Working with Independent contractors and employees to optimize their schedules.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the clinic's daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and interacting with people all day.
- Management of clinic cleaning protocols and laundry.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- A Can-Do Attitude: Positive, self-starters who rise to the challenge and take personal responsibility for solutions and results. Approaches work with a positive attitude, has great people skills, and a sense of humour.
- Hands-on experience working with various administrative software.
- Customer Empathy: Delivering relevant value to customers by listening, understanding, and reflecting what is heard and providing solutions. Exceptional customer service ethic including initiative and high expectations for quality.
- Humble: Respectfully collaborating in the best interest of the customer, company, team, and self.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a natural communicator who can engage with patients and colleagues with ease, providing them with the utmost care and attention.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Experience with Jane Clinic Management software and billing insurance companies is considered an asset.

COVID-19 considerations:
We are following all WSBC and BC Health Authority recommendations to keep our staff and patients healthy.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
