We are seeking an Office Administrator / Receptionist for our rehabilitation and wellness clinic in Oakville. Part-time and/or full-time role. Great opportunity for someone to grow with our team into a larger role

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- greeting patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
- collecting payments
- answering a multi-line phone system
- verify patient insurance information
- assisting the health care providers in patient care
- office cleanliness and organization
- assistance with social media and marketing projects

**Qualifications**:

- Previous private clinic or customer service experience is a strong asset
- A degree in the field of Kinesiology is preferred but not required
- Training will be provided on any aspects of the clinic which you are not familiar with
- Familiarity with Universal Software or JaneApp an asset
- Required: MS Word and Excel use

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6L 0H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
