The role of the Medical & Personal Assistant at Frida Beauty bar includes, but is not limited
to, charting on behalf of the nurse injector, preparing the room and maintaining a
professional image of yourself and the clinic.

The following are a highlight of the duties & responsibilities of this role:

- Cart setup for every appointment
- Greet and welcome clients to the clinic bring them back to the room; Take before/ after photos
- Complete client file information before/ after appointment, ensure that client information is accurate and are updated from
- Assist RN with treatment
- Communicate with front desk regarding which treatment was done and
- bring client to front for payment.
- Social media tasks assigned by RN
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Clinic Manager & front desk coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Complete personal tasks assigned by RN.
