About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Assistant to join our team at AMER HABIB MEDICAL PC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Support the maintenance and repair of medical equipment
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including taking vital signs and administering first aid
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
  • Manage inventory of supplies and transport patients as needed
  • Answer call signals and respond to patient needs in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week
  • Fluency in English
