**POSITION**: BOOKKEEPER
**LOCATION**:Ottawa - Hybrid
**SALARY**: Based upon experience
**JOB TYPE**:Part time for a possibility to full time
**Must be fluent in English. French and Arabic is good to have**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Full Bookkeeping with Quick Books online experience
- Using Microsoft Office, mainly (Excel and Word)
- Familiar with Payroll, A/R and A/P cycles, bank and credit card reconciliation, projects and payroll
- Preparation of regular external filings such as HST and Wsib
- Other duties as required
- Good to have experience in real-estate or property management industries, law office and retail.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Verbal and written communication skills is required
- Ability to work with multiple priorities under a tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with little instruction or direction
**EXPERIENCE**:
- A minimum of 3 years of CANADIAN bookkeeping and accounting experience
- QuickBooks online: 3 year (preferred). QuickBook Desktop is an asset.
- Job Type:Part time, it may become Full-time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends if needed.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Ottawa
