**Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper**
Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in bookkeeping. If you have a positive can-do attitude, are organized, reliable, detail-oriented and are a fast learner, we invite you to join our small property management team of commercial and residential properties.

Part-time position (10 to 16 hrs/week), Weekdays. $20-$24 / Hourly Salary.

**Duties**:
**Bookkeeping**:

- Manage payroll;
- Maintain a record of financial transactions;
- Work with Yardi, Excel and Ms Office;
- Manage accounts receivable/payable;
- Verify and reconcile bank transactions;
- General bookkeeping duties, collecting rents and deposits.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience and knowledge of basic accounting;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to follow regulated guidelines and property management protocols;
- Demonstrates commitment to professional development and learning quickly.
