We are looking for a **Manager, Air Content Integration** with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our booking platform offers a seamless and comprehensive selection of air travel itineraries and availability of post-booking services. You will lead a team responsible for integrating and maintaining airline content from various suppliers and technology providers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of data. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our user experience and helping our customers get what they want, which is the best travel itinerary at the best price.

- Leading a team of content integration specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and enterprise-grade reliability of air content integrations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and assess value and/or competitiveness of potential new content sources.
- Leading the onboarding and integration of new travel suppliers and/or air content platforms.
- Monitoring the performance and ensuring health of Search, Book and Post-Booking functions for all air content integrations.
- Monitoring and managing content updates, price changes, and inventory availability to reflect real-time information on our platform.
- Working closely with the technology team to troubleshoot technical issues related to content integration and implement solutions.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content quality and user experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content integration and online travel.
Qualifications:
- Past proven experience in content integration across multiple technology platforms, preferably within the online travel industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Technical proficiency in XML, JSON, data mapping, and API integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of synthesizing complex information and presenting meaningful insights to drive business decisions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and bilingual environment.
- Deep understanding of travel industry content, distribution systems, APIs, and data formats is preferable.
