We are looking for a **Manager, Air Content Optimization** with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating the best travel itineraries at the lowest price for our customers. You'll lead a team of air content specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the overall air content strategy, ensuring that our booking engine leverages airline content sourced across multiple technology platforms to build better itineraries that resonate with travelers. Your leadership and strategic insights will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our customers experience travel through our platform.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive content optimization strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances user engagement.
- Leading and managing a team of content specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand messaging.
- Overseeing the creation, curation, and updating of travel content.
- Analyzing content performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Conducting regular content audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all travel products and destinations.
- Staying current with industry trends, user behavior, and marketing best practices to inform content strategies.
- Managing relationships with travel suppliers and partners to ensure the timely acquisition of content updates and assets.
- Collaborating with technology teams to optimize content management systems and tools for content delivery.

Qualifications:

- Past proven experience in air content optimization, air content management, or a related role within the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading air content teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of content best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of traveler preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and bilingual environment.
