**AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILE**

Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and coordinate all activities of Level 1 and 2 stations;
- Recruit, supervise and develop a training and development plan to ensure that the knowledge of its employees is continuously updated;
- Establish and manage work schedules;
- Evaluate employees and ensure follow-ups
- Work closely with the ground operations support team to ensure adequate assistance to stations and customers;
- Develop and maintain excellent communication with other departments of the company;
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and operational standards;
- Participate in the preparation and rigorous management of operational and budgetary plans of the stations;
- Participate in Air Inuit's Integrated Management Safety System;
- Actively participate in occupational health and safety initiatives;
- Perform all other tasks necessary and required by the company to ensure efficiency of ground operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual (English/Inuktitut) or (French/Inuktitut) or (French/English);
- Have a college diploma or at least 5 years of experience in the airline industry or in a similar position;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills (spoken and written);
- Professional, responsible and reliable attitude;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Air Inuit programs such as Intelisys (AmeliaRes) and/or Skyline;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Frequent travel on the network;

The remuneration will be in accordance with corporate policies.
