Markham, Canada Sunny Crunch Foods Ltd. Full time

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

In this role you will be the first point of contact between Customers/Visitors and Sunny Crunch Foods' staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your primary responsibilities are listed, but not limited to:
Receiving and sorting incoming mail and paperwork on a daily basis

Taking calls, assisting with phone inquiries, and/or transferring calls to the right department

Welcoming and assisting visitors with our GMP sign in policy

Maintaining visitor logs, and issue badges to Visitors and Contractors

Sending out samples as required by FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc.

Receiving, signing, distributing and documenting all incoming packages from couriers

Provide Administrative support where required

Assisting accounting department for matching waybills with invoices from various suppliers

Assiting QA department for documents preparation & filings

Qualification and Skills

**Requirements**:
High attention to detail essential with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a busy environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manor

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
