**What you’ll be doing**:
- Providing tier 1 support for employees
- Maintaining and improving network security
- Ensuring business continuity in a service impacting event
- Assisting in projects and maintenance outages
- Being available in the event of unplanned service outages outside working hours
- Respond to incoming IT support requests
- Configuration and troubleshooting of all equipment, including Windows laptops and desktops, Mac laptops, Windows server, printers, etc.
- Assist end-users in resolving hardware, software, and network related issues
- Ensure secure and stable operation of network and equipment with effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing as needed, and completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Coordinating warranty repairs; maintaining equipment inventories
- Respond to data recovery requests
- Monitor systems resources to optimize performance & security
- Provide general support to visitors including guest connectivity
- Organizing security awareness training
- Manage, monitor and control IT assets
- Maintaining documentation for infrastructure and procedures
- Monitor security access and maintain the relevant data
