Join the exhilarating journey at Axway, where we are searching for an exceptionally driven and high-energy Account Executive to join our Commercial sales team, focusing on acquiring net-new business in North America to champion our cutting-edge digital transformation solutions. As an integral part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our industry leading MFT, API, and Cloud SaaS products, enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating HIGH potential or having some experience selling complex software in a B2B environment in a multi-solution sales cycle.
- Utilizing existing and adopt new sales methodologies to successfully close deals.
- Show consistent accountability and a learn mentality to continuously improve.

**We are seeking an individual with a unique blend of qualities that drive success in our team**:

- Master the art of leveraging existing relationships while forging new ones with both current Axway customers and Axway prospects, effectively creating a robust sales pipeline through the use of internal and external resources.
- Showcase exceptional collaboration skills by engaging with a team of internal stakeholders, from frontline employees to C-level executives, guiding lengthy sales cycles to successful conclusions.
- Embrace the role of a trusted advisor when interacting with external stakeholders.
- Achieve sales and performance KPIs, including monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Work closely with Product, Presales, Services, and Support teams to develop an in-depth understanding of Axway's product suite and professional services.
- Demonstrate persuasive abilities by leading business conversations with the customer.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to gain insights into customer pain points, identify opportunities, stay abreast of market trends, and analyze competitors.
- Utilize the vast resources provided by Axway University to grow knowledge and proficiency in the company, product suite, customer infrastructure, industry, and other areas, fostering continuous professional development.

Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:

Must be fluent in English and French**:

- Must be located in Toronto or Québec
- Minimum of 3 years of Enterprise Sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Full-Cycle Sales experience.
- Potential to manage long sales cycles that last a minimum of 4 months.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of business acumen to customers.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed annual sales quotas.
- Ability to collaborate well in a team environment.
- Ability to see opportunities where others see challenges.
- Ability to accommodate up to 25% travel if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience selling software MFT or API software solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Managed Cloud software products.
- Experience supporting customer data migrations (on-prem to the cloud).
- Axway industry and competitor knowledge.
