**Job Location**: Based in the GTA, Central and Northern Ontario.

**Work Environment**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (*flexible as needed/required) working remotely (on the road) and from home with travel required including visits to head office in London from time to time.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Increase business the Greater Toronto Area, Central Ontario and Northern Ontario with customers by presenting product information and understanding their product needs through daily calls and/or face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and customer service programs.
- Conduct research to understand target prospects, changing market conditions and competition.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies ensuring a positive brand experience with Bristol Sinks Inc.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of all sales activities via our CRM on a daily and weekly basis.
- Work within a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Participate in weekly sales calls and other regular meetings as required by the organization.
- Coordinate account opening and account set-up.
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Sales for on going support, coaching, and mentoring.
- Achieve and/or exceed the required sales metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- A self-starter with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of the plumbing fixture and home building industry preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Collaborative and able to work well in both a team environment and independently
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Outside business-to-business sales experience an asset.
- Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (Method).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation**:

- $95,000 - $105,000 annually.

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
