We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team in Lacombe as an Operations Admin with a focus on reviewing field tickets, admin work, and creating PO's.

Reporting to the Contract and Project Costing Manager, the Operations Admin will ensure all administrative duties are completed in a precise and timely fashion while working in conjunction with Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review approved contracts/ service order with daily field tickets ensuring accuracy; ensure additional equipment is billed out
- Issue purchase orders for all purchase requests that come from field operations, ensuring proper delegation of authority and approvals are obtained
- Receive calls from customers and field operation personnel
- Assist Base Managers with various tasks

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

- Minimum of 1-3 years’ of office administration experience is required.
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities with tight deadlines and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail
- Familiarity with programs such as Work Hub, Site Docs, Aimsio and Ceridian would be an asset.
