**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.
- Assist with payroll and accounts payable and eventually take over those tasks.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and providing information about the organization.
- Assist Safety Administrator with site updates.
**Experience**
- Working in the construction industry
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a clerk is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Experience with Sage/ Simply Accounting is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage payroll processes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
