The Bilingual Client Admin Support position is a primary point of customer service and assistance for our automotive dealers and customer nationwide.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Thursday 8 hours/day (9am - 6pm) and on Friday 7 hours (9am-5pm). This position is required to work 1 Saturday (with the following Friday off) on a rotation basis.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assist dealers in determining customer and vehicle eligibility for First Canadian products.
- Work closely with our field staff across Canada to provide industry-leading service and support to our dealer partners.
- Work with customers and dealers to complete exceptions, waivers, and transfers of coverage for creditor insurance policies.
- Assist our dealer partners in obtaining licenses required to sell certain products across Canada.
- Assist with ongoing development in our Online Resource Center, including contributing ideas, testing new developments, and troubleshooting issues as they may arise.
- Prepare dealer agreements and collect and process corporate documents.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in the automotive, financial, or insurance sector is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred, but not required.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
