We are looking for a Account Relationships Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics using Salesforce

**Requirements**:

- G2 and/or G licence
- Proven experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent account management skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements effectively
- Teamwork and leadership qualities to guide and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field (customers service/B2B sales)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with key clients. You will identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in closing deals and securing contracts. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and track sales performance using Salesforce.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales or business development. Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess market trends and competitor activity. Excellent account management skills are required to build and maintain client relationships. You should also possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate a sales team. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying information to clients. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
