We currently have an opening for an** Sales Administrator** at our office in **Vancouver, BC Canada**. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who wants to develop with a rapidly growing company.
- NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office._

**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you will be responsible for acting as the connection between our customers and our sales team in the North America. This includes calling new and existing businesses to generate sales leads, researching and qualifying leads for account managers, providing backup for order processing, assisting with renewal opportunities, and supporting the Transoft Educational Program.

Specific accountabilities include:

- Supporting sales leads by thoroughly researching prospects, which may include reviewing their LinkedIn profiles, analyzing their websites, and understanding their projects or needs.
- Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process and with administrative tasks, as required.
- Utilizing the sales database to maintain updated and accurate lead information, sales, and customer records.
- Managing the sales order mailbox and coordinating with Account Managers.
- Managing telephone sales enquiries.
- Providing backup for the Customer Service Representatives.
- Lead re-routing in CRM after Marketo import; manual corrections based on Account assignments - especially Named accounts or mistaken spelling, acronyms or subsidiaries (e.g. AECOM Canada) leads that get sent to General Account Managers. Or incomplete prospect information to determine location/region.
- CRM data entry and database cleaning up (duplicate accounts) after being trained by CSM and DevOps
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers' contact information and payment details.
- Tracking, coordinating, and communicating subscription renewals, which includes generating and sending subscription renewal quotes.
- Providing support for program requests and responses.
- Handle student requests for temporary educational licenses.

**About You**:

- You have prior experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- You have exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and tactfully.
- You are incredibly detail oriented.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a customer service mindset with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service.
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- You ideally have previous experience working with sales databases (e.g., CRM)

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 annually + bonus (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
