Job Overview:
**Aquilla Archaeology Ltd.** is seeking a qualified office manager starting immediately.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate schedules, track projects
- Accounts payable and receivable with Quickbooks accounting software experience
- Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- IT skills
- Work with our vendors, service providers, building support, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Liaise with office vendors, service providers
- Office and Lab maintenance coordination
- Provide general support

Qualifications:

- Clear verbal and written communicator
- very organized and detail oriented
- Efficient problem solver
- High computer literacy (word, excel, outlook, Quickbooks etc.)
- Flexibility
- Sensitivity
- Ethical and professional conduct

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
