**Job Description**:
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and purchasing department. He will be responsible for maintaining the department's document database.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry for various working papers for the department;
- Follow up on orders with suppliers;
- Call customers and suppliers to follow up on files;
- Respond to inquiries from internal/external customers;
- Write, file and update various documents;
- Enter sales contract amounts into the system;
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and clerical activities of the department;
- Enter the details of purchase and sale contracts;
- Price Shipping tickets for Montreal & Laval;
- Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price (within 30 days);
- Print sales reports by buyer and seller;
- Issue a price on interline brokerage tickets;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration or any other relevant training;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism (French, English), 80% of the students are required to be English during the position;
- Ability to work under pressure and good priority management;
- Strong aptitude with numbers;
- Autonomy, proactivity and good learning capacity;
- Excellent command of the Office Suite (intermediate Excel level).
- Professionalism, efficiency and ability to provide quality service;
- Very good interpersonal communication;
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
