Bureau Veritas is looking for an **Order Preparation Clerk **to join our environmental laboratory in Saint-Laurent, QC.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s deadline;
- Maintenance and organization of the back warehouse section;
- Working with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas Laboratories for the preparation of bottle orders and cleaning of coolers;
- Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders;
- Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organization;
- Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader;
- Back up driver when necessary (if valid driver’s license).
- Have a high school diploma;
- Are bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);
- Have excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized
- Have computer knowledge (strong asset);
- Are able to lift loads of 25-50lbs, if necessary;
- Are energetic, motivated and have a positive outlook.
