Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle multiple companies
- Communicating with clients
- Assist all things related to servicing the colleagues and directors
- Assist the Admin & Sales department with their daily tasks
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Handling the invoices and documentations
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work in stressful situations.
- Must complete all tasks in the required timeframes given.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Effective problem-solving skills and organization.
- Attention to detail.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Post-secondary education in business or hospitality-related field is considered an asset.
**The Following Is An Asset**:
- Experience in client care and customer service.
- Mandarin speaking is an asset
