Field Coordinator

**Job Description**:
FLINT is seeking a local Field Coordinator to play a crucial role at our client site in Port Moody, BC

**What would you be doing?**
- Assist in plan and spec analysis to provide clear and coordinated interpretations of design/drawings for construction. Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the project master schedule with input from other project management personnel.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date logs, track responses, and advise the Project Manager of the status of such records.
- Monitor project work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes. Monitor receiving, warehousing functions, and material control.
- Understand and perform document control functions following company policy and procedures, including creating RFIs, composing agreements, and keeping a project expediting list.
- Build effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support core company values
**Does **this sound like you?**
- 3+ years' Field Coordination experience.
- 5+ years of oil and gas industrial experience.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, timelines, and time management techniques.
- Professional demeanour under stressful situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships.
- Ability to set up priorities and meet deadlines.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
