Squamish, Canada RNL Rental Network Ltd. Full time

The Accounts Payable Assistant serves the business and customers. The key responsibility is to manage and post payables, receivables and reconcile visa statements. Other responsibilities are to report daily, weekly, and monthly to the Finance Manager as needed. The Accounts Payable Assistant is also responsibility for working with the Administration/Account Receivable Assistant and ensure they are meeting all goals and responsibilities as laid out by the Finance Manager and General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**Post AP and AR payments**

Reconcile Visas

**Maintain and balance all financial records**

Prepare all financial information requested and required for PST and GST

**Abide by safety policies and procedures**

Answer customer questions

**Communicate with vendors and Finance Manager.**

All other jobs as required by the Finance Manager or General Manager, which may include, but are not limited to, ordering supplies as required, Requirements:

- 1--2 years’ experience in Finance
- Proficient in Sage50
- Proficient in Microsoft
- POS machines Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Friendly, cheerful, and professional disposition
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in accounting procedures and systems
- Demonstrate strong computer skills
