**Finance Assistant**
**32 hours part time - Monday-Thursday**
The Finance Assistant is a dynamic, multi-faceted administrative support to the Finance Manager and administrative team. This is a key role requiring previous finance experience (accounts payable. accounts receivable, payroll) and exceptional organizational skills. The Finance Assistant has thorough knowledge of the regulatory, risk management, and accounting requirements for a non-profit organization and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proficiency with all office software systems and Sage are also required. The Finance Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of the financial systems of the Society, including monthly reporting for the annual audit.
This is a part-time position from the PearlSpace Squamish Drop-In Centre.
