**What will you be doing?**:
- High-Volume Cold Calling: Actively engage in daily cold calling efforts to generate qualified leads and set appointments with potential clients. (At least 70-80 calls per day)
- Sales Development: Nurture and follow up with inbound leads, assess client needs and effectively pitch products/services to close deals.
- Sales Outreach: Manage and execute a high volume of outreach to potential clients, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and optimize sales efforts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
- Results-Driven: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and motivation to drive results.
- Self-Starter & Go-Getter: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently while being driven to meet and surpass goals in a competitive environment.
**What you bring?**:
- Strong ethical approach to sales with the ability to prospect and grow a book of business and being able to explain and demonstrate features of OWE product and service offerings with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing a high-volume of calls per day (70-80 calls) to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements, and being able to communicate daily with team members and mentors
- Time management, goal setting and drive to meet sales objectives
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, not required but an asset
