Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Assist with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and ensuring timely submissions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for various financial tasks.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting SAGE (simply accounting) software is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this role.
