**Job Summary**:
We are looking to bring on a motivated & energetic Recruiter Coordinator Intern for our Office Team division in Montreal (QC). This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who have an interested in recruiting and want to gain hands-on experience working through the entire recruitment cycle. This is a paid Internship and an awesome opportunity to start building your professional network and has a potential to transition into a permanent full-time role after successfully completing your internship with Fuze HR. This is a hybrid role where you have the opportunity to work both from home and from the office (3 days in office/2 days from home).

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including answering phones calls, scheduling interviews, support with pre-screening, references, and background checks and preparing offer letters.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with the development of job postings and job descriptions.
- Support team members, when required.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must be available Full-Time.
- An interest in HR recruiting and staffing functions, recruitment experience is an asset.
- Can work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others (when required & available)
- Great communication skills (written & verbal)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude
