The position is designed to introduce the student to the field of consulting and services development specifically within human resources, people operations, and organizational development disciplines. The skillsets gained in this position can be applied for the career paths such as an associate consultant, research and development coordinator, etc.

**Your Role**:
As you get to learn more about the organization and the field, you’ll be able to refine your experience to best align with your career interests. But here’s a list of tasks you can expect to take on as an intern:

- Assist with services operations tasks such as client work delivery, data analysis, research assistance, analysis, solutions development, beta testing, development and review of instructional materials, accessible documents, videos, and/or other resources
- Assist with client management tasks such as creating client deliverables, attending client meetings, organizing client notes, administrative work, compiling client profiles, compiling case studies, scheduling coordination
- Assist in internal consulting tasks such as strategy audit, working with external consultants, project brief creation, project schedule creation
- Assist in IP asset management tasks such as organize, and deploy videos, worksheets, audio, and other content
- Developing recommendations on the existing processes while identifying rooms for improvement / missing workflows

You’ll be asked to complete at least 1 certification program throughout the internship. These certifications will be fully sponsored by us-- so the intern will be working on these during their work hours as a part of their training.

**Skill Sets & Other Required Criteria**:

- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution as a student
- Is either a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or ones conferred under the immigration and refugee act
- Computer able to process large video files (500MB+) with wifi speed of minimum 5mbps
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously without missing a deadline
- Phenomenal interpersonal skills with a genuine love for connecting with people

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to learn new technology and information quickly
- Love for memes, lifestyle magazines etc

**Strongly preferred but not required**:

- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken French
- Expertise in creating training / instructional materials
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working with VP and C-level executives
- Valid secret clearance

**Salary**: $15.75-$17.00 per hour
